That said, you're more than happily welcome to disregard Exit Strategy, because at the time I penned this tale, I was furious with what happened to Cole in that episode. All is still good with the Halliwells at this point, and Cole has managed to successfully break away from the Brotherhood. End of story. This was my first Charmed fic, written in May of 2001, so it's guaranteed to be a bit rusty around the edges.
